Return of goods of due and unsatisfactory quality or money is done within the limits of the bilateral agreement between the Buyer and the Dealer.
For individuals
Replacement and return of goods of proper quality
It is possible to exchange goods of due quality, if they do not correspond in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration, for a similar product. The goods are exchanged within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used, have retained their commercial features, consumer characteristics, seals, factory labels, and there is a sales receipt or cash voucher or other document confirming payment for the goods. The absence of a cash voucher or other document confirming payment does not deprive the User of the opportunity to rely on testimonials.
Upon agreement with the User, an exchange of goods may be made when a similar product is available for sale. If similar goods are not available for sale on the date of cancellation, the User has the right to claim a refund of the amount paid for the goods (Article 25 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
If a claim is made for the refund of the amount paid for the goods, it will be fulfilled within 10 days after the corresponding claim is made (Article 22 of the Federal Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”). In the case of rejection of goods of suitable quality by the buyer, the cost of delivery of the goods and their return shall not be refunded, except for the return of the goods in the home region of the Seller (in the region specified by the Seller in the “Address” field in the “Contacts” section as the place of actual operation of the store where the return or exchange of the goods purchased by the user is carried out).
Goods of suitable quality that have individually specified characteristics cannot be refused, if these goods can be used only by the consumer who purchases them.
Replacement and return of goods of improper quality
If you receive goods of inadequate quality (defective and unable to ensure the performance of their functional characteristics), the consumer has the right to return or exchange them.
The consumer has the right to make claims under Article 18 of the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” to the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) with respect to defects in goods, if they are discovered during the warranty period or within the validity period.
Procedure for returning the goods
Return of Goods is carried out on the basis of a corresponding official statement of the buyer refusing to reject the Goods and returning the amount paid for such Goods.
The amount paid for the Goods will be refunded in the same manner as it was paid. In order to make a refund, it is necessary to present:
cash voucher
passport
Cash refund will not be made without the presentation of a passport.
